Demographics & Statistics

From experience with international conferences held in Europe, we expect 50-60% attendees from Europe, 15-20% from the North America, 15-20% from Asia/Oceania, 2-5% from Central/South America & Africa.

At the 2014 event in Nice, France, 66% of participants were from Europe; 15% from North America; 11% from Asia/Oceania; 4% from the Middle East; and 4% from South America & Africa.

At the 2016 event in Toronto, Canada, 66% of participants were from North America; 19% from Europe; 9% from Asia; 3% from the South America; 2% from the Middle East; and 1% from Africa. This is typical from events held in North America.

Hotel Accommodation: Book Official!

The Congress Secretariat (International Conference Services Ltd.) is the official Housing Bureau for ICNMD 2018 and will coordinate housing for the Congress. Discounted room rates have been negotiated for delegates and groups. All sponsors and exhibitors are asked to support the Congress by booking accommodations via the official Housing Bureau. Priority selection of hotel rooms will be offered to sponsors.

The Congress Secretariat retains the right to downgrade sponsorship levels if sponsors do not book through the official Housing Bureau. Full rates will be available on the website.
